The National Centre for the Social Adaptation of Children (NCSAC), which provides assistance to children with special needs, operates a sensory room. This room is equipped with a fabulous magical world that allows special children to learn about the world through the play of light and color, different sounds, smells, tactile sensations. Modern sensory equipment affects the organs of vision, hearing, smell and touch. The room presents simulations of various animals, light and sound panels, toys and luminous objects. Sensory therapy improves the work of the child’s sensory organs and mental functions, and develops the cognitive sphere.
